Raquel runs a beauty studio in Portugal. Five businesses under one roof, retail products, professional equipment for sale, the same equipment for rent, in-house treatments, and training courses. She needed a single website that could carry all of it without feeling like five sites bolted together.
We visited the store before we wrote a line of code - the colours on the wall, the lettering on the door, the way her clients talk about the place. That trip is the reason the palette and the typography feel like hers and not like a template.
The public website is a landing page plus catalogs for products, services, and courses. Visitors can request quotes for equipment, treatments, or training. Each request lands in Raquel's backoffice. From there she manages the full catalog, works through her inbox of requests, and issues digital certificates to people who complete a course.
We pushed on SEO and made sure the website is easy to surface from ChatGPT and other AI tools people use to find nowadays. Forms are protected against abuse, ensuring the operations run smoothly.

Live and in daily use since launch. We agreed with Raquel to leave payment checkout out of the deliverable to keep costs down. The quote-request flow covers her current sales motion. Feedback has been good and we're still in regular contact to ship the next round of improvements.
