We collect as little personal data as possible, use it only for what we promised, and answer access or deletion requests without fuss.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional company, optional budget, and the message you write. We need this to reply to you.
- Technical data: IP address and User-Agent, kept ephemerally to protect the site from abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection). We do not link this to marketing profiles.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: we use Cloudflare's anti-bot challenge on the contact form. Cloudflare may process anonymous browser metadata.
- Umami Analytics: cookieless traffic measurement with no visitor identification. We do not share data with third parties.
Why we use it
Form data is used to reply to you and, if we go ahead with a project, to deliver it. We don't send newsletters and we don't share contact details.
How long we keep it
Lead messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up earlier conversations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] - we reply within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
Cookies
We use one cookie to remember the language you picked (locale). We don't use marketing or third-party cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy, we add the new date and keep prior versions available on request.
