## Process

1. **Discovery**: We start by mapping what’s already there: users, constraints, and goals. That’s the starting point for the whole project.
2. **Focus**: From everything we’ve mapped, we pick what will have the most impact and define the scope of the first phase.
3. **Create**: We give shape to the first ideas. We compare several proposals and develop the one that best answers what we defined.
4. **Build**: Design and code move forward in parallel, with nothing lost between what gets approved and what gets delivered.
5. **Launch**: Before launch, we test performance, review content, and set up analytics. Your team is ready to run the project on its own.
6. **Evolve**: We keep following the project after launch and, based on real usage, develop improvements and new features.

It depends on scope. A focused brand identity or marketing site usually takes a few weeks; product work runs in phases. You get a clear timeline with our proposal, before anything starts.

### What does it cost?

Every project is quoted against a defined scope, so you know the price up front. Ongoing work can run on a monthly retainer. The ranges in our contact form show where projects typically land.

### Do you work with teams outside Portugal?

Yes. We are based in Braga and work with companies across borders. Collaboration happens over video calls and shared tools, planned around your time zone.

### Who will be looking after my project?

The designers and engineers responsible for it. You talk to them directly, with no intermediaries, from start to finish.

### What happens after I get in touch?

Someone from the studio replies within two business days. Next comes a short intro call to understand what you need, followed by a written proposal with scope, timeline, and price.
